We also offer Pay upon cash at delivery pick up.

Delivery and Pick-up

We offer delivery exclusively within the island of Cyprus, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

We provide two delivery options:

1. Pick-up from our shop (FREE) on the next working day.
2. Pick-up from any AKIS EXPRESS Courier pick-up point with a 3.50 euro charge. If your order includes a heavy item, our website will automatically detect it and adjust the cost to 15 euros.(2-3 working days delivery)
3. Delivery to your Home Point with a 5.50 euro charge(3-4 working days delivery)

While we strive to deliver your product within the specified timeframes, please note that delivery estimates do not constitute guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

Delays

We disclaim responsibility for delays beyond our control, including those resulting from Acts of God, such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters, as well as war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockades, embargoes, labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, or interruptions in electricity or telephone service.

Upon delivery or pick-up, we kindly request that you inspect the external packaging and its condition to avoid accepting faulty or non-functioning products. Once the product has been accepted upon delivery or pick-up, you acknowledge it in its current state, and any claims regarding packaging or the overall product condition cannot be entertained.
